Tai Chi in the Gorge

Craig Rundell started Tai Chi instruction under Irene Akin of Hood River, Oregon, who was trained in the Yang Style-Long form at the Taichichuan Health Center in Palo Alto, California.

Craig started teaching classes in Tai Chi in 1997 and has since held Tai Chi classes at the Mid-Columbia Medical Center and at Columbia Gorge Community College in The Dalles, Oregon.  In the summer of 2014, he traveled to Hilo, Hawaii to train under Peter Tam Hoy. Craig currently teaches at Skamania County Parks & Recreation Hegewald Center on Tuesday evenings from  6:00-7:30pm in Stevenson, WA.  

As of 2014, Craig started Tai Chi in the Gorge and welcomes you to attend.  Classes for Tai Chi in the Gorge are every Thursday evening and are held in the basement of Our Savior Lutheran Church on the corner of Oak and Jefferson St in Bingen, Washington from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  All skill levels are encouraged to attend and there is no cost to participate.
